- I am working on my 2nd retirement . I too worked for uncle sugar for 20 plus years only i finished up in 1999. I kinda like my job now so i may stay a while , but i have the option of leaving at 55 if i want at a reduced rate.

- Same here Dan, I knew after i got married that i was not going to be anywhere very long for a while. The wife and i dreamed of our home and made plans until we got it perfect. In 1999 when i retired the first time we built our home. It was cheaper than buying a pre existing anyway.
